Volleyball Recap: MAST Charter II Find Success

MAST Charter II proved they can win big on Thursday (they won by three) and on Monday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Lower Moreland Lions 3-2.

MAST Charter II was actually outscored in aggregate across those five sets (110-102), but they still managed to win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 14-25, 25-22, 21-25, 17-15.

MAST Charter II has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season. As for Lower Moreland, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.

Looking ahead, MAST Charter II will head out on the road to take on Jules E. Mastbaum Vo-Tech at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lower Moreland, they will face off against Cheltenham at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
