Baseball Recap: Ten Straight Road Wins for South Pasadena

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask South Pasadena). They put the hurt on the Schurr Spartans with a sharp 11-1 victory on Thursday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Tigers.

Hanson Chan tossed a big game, pitching six innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits.

On the hitting side, South Pasadena let Gabe Vogel and Isaiah Esquivel run wild. Vogel scored a run and stole a base while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances, while Esquivel scored a run and stole a base while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances. Vogel also put up a double, which was his first of the season. Charlie Vogel was another key player, scoring a run while going 1-for-3.
