Soccer Game Preview: Ocean Springs vs. Gulf Breeze + How To Watch

The Ocean Springs Greyhounds are headed away from home for the first time to challenge the Gulf Breeze Dolphins at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Ocean Springs proved they can win big on Friday (they won by three) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They never let St. Patrick get on the board and left with a 1-0 win. The victory continues a trend for Ocean Springs in their matchups with St. Patrick: they've now won seven in a row.

Ocean Springs' one-goal win came courtesy of Emari Williams, which was the first she's scored this season.

For some reason, the away team has come away with the win the last four times Gulf Breeze and Tate have met, but the home crowd finally got their W on Thursday. The Dolphins came out on top against the Aggies by a score of 3-1.

Ocean Springs' record is now 3-0. As for Gulf Breeze, their record now sits at 2-3.

Ocean Springs skirted past Gulf Breeze 2-1 when the teams last played back in November of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Greyhounds since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
