Volleyball Recap: Eunice's Loss Ends Five-Game Winning Streak at Home

Eunice came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Texico Wolverines, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wolverines this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on October 14th.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-17, 25-13.

Eunice's defeat ended a five-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 11-10. As for Texico, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-7 record this season.

Eunice wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Jal on the 4th. As for Texico, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Legacy Academy on the 1st.
