Football Game Preview: Orchard Farm Eagles vs. University City Lions

The Orchard Farm Eagles will challenge the University City Lions at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams are strolling into their matchups after big wins in their previous games.

Orchard Farm is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They breezed past St. Charles to the tune of 62-3. Given the Eagles' advantage in MaxPreps' Missouri football rankings (they are ranked 85th, while the Pirates are ranked 262nd) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, University City entered their tilt with Lutheran on Friday with seven consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with eight. Their defense stepped up to hand the Cougars a 46-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for the Lions, who have now won eight contests by 20 points or more so far this season.

Orchard Farm's record now sits at 9-1. As for University City, their record is now an identical 9-1.
