Softball Recap: Hazelwood West Wildcats vs. Mehlville Panthers
It was a proper cat-fight when Hazelwood West faced off against Mehlville on Thursday. The Wildcats were the clear victors by an 18-8 margin over the Panthers. The victory continues a trend for the Wildcats in their matchups with the Panthers: they've now won eight in a row.
Allisan Cafolla was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out nine batters over 3.2 innings while giving up just two earned runs off four hits (and not a single walk).
