Meanwhile, Armstrong had to endure a five-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They blew past Tri-County [Kansas/Shiloh/Oakland] 12-3 on Friday. The Trojans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three matchups by nine runs or more this season.

Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin's defeat dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Armstrong, their win bumped their record up to 4-6.

Everything went Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin's way against Armstrong in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, as Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin made off with a 16-5 victory.
