Chavez scored the most runs they've had all season to find success on Monday. Everything went their way against the Farmersville Aztecs as the Chavez Titans made off with a 16-1 victory. With that win, Chavez brought their scoring average up to 6.3 runs per game.

Daniel Carrillo was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of Jose Agredano, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.

Chavez has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a massive bump to their 7-6 record this season. As for Farmersville, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-7.

Chavez will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against Exeter at 10:45 a.m. Both teams will come into the matchup having just posted big wins, so someone is set to suffer a big change in fortunes. As for Farmersville, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Granite Hills at 4:00 p.m. on April 5th.
