Volleyball Recap: Quantico Picks Up Sixth Consecutive Win

Quantico entered their tilt with Wakefield School on Friday with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Fighting Owls. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-11, 25-13.

Lilly Brady paced Quantico's offense, picking up five kills. Brady got some help from Kinleigh Farnsworth and her eight assists. Christyann Bergamo controlled things from the service line, finishing with seven aces.

Quantico's victory bumped their record up to 10-1. As for Wakefield School, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 1-9.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. Quantico will venture away from home to challenge Wakefield Country Day at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wakefield School, they will head out to face off against Highland at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
