Preview: Wilson Lakemen vs. Royalton-Hartland Rams

Wilson and Royalton-Hartland are an even 5-5 against one another since February of 2019, but not for long. The Wilson Lakemen will head out on the road to take on the Royalton-Hartland Rams at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Last Friday, Wilson came up short against Medina and fell 63-54. Wilson has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Royalton-Hartland scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They snuck past Albion with a 66-60 win. The win was just what Royalton-Hartland needed coming off of a 72-42 defeat in their prior contest.

Royalton-Hartland's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Remington Albee led the charge by dropping a double-double on 22 points and ten rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Albee has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Dan Aquilina, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and 13 rebounds.

Wilson's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Royalton-Hartland, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 2-8.

Wilson beat Royalton-Hartland 64-53 in their previous meeting back in December of 2023. The rematch might be a little tougher for Wilson since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
