With a playoff win on the line, South Gate rose to the challenge on Saturday. They came out on top against the Dorsey Dons by a score of 28-20. Winning may never get old, but the Rams sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

South Gate didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Nicholas Quintanilla, Fonseca, and Edward Castro picked up one apiece. Fonseca got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.
South Gate's victory bumped their record up to 10-3. As for Dorsey, the defeat snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 7-6 record.
Coming up, South Gate will face off against Marquez at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Gladiators' defense has only allowed 11.6 points per game this season, so the Rams' offense will have their work cut out for them. Dorsey does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
