Recap: Joliet J Hawks vs. Huntley Project Red Devils
After flying high against the Colstrip Colts last Friday, The Joliet J Hawks came back down to earth. Joliet took a hard 35-20 fall against Huntley Project on Friday. Joliet was down 35-6 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
Several J Hawks players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Tucker Lind, who rushed for 146 yards and a touchdown on only 14 carries. Townes Catron was another key contributor, picking up 114 receiving yards and a touchdown.
Joliet's loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Huntley Project, the win was the third in a row for they, bringing their record for this year to 7-4.
Joliet does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Huntley Project will be playing in front of their home fans against Lincoln County at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
