Booker T. Washington extends road winning streak to three

The Booker T. Washington Wildcats put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They managed a 50-46 win over Fort Walton Beach. Given Booker T. Washington's advantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 39th, while Fort Walton Beach is ranked 384th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Among those leading the charge was Logan Brown, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 11 rebounds. Gally Rich was another key contributor, scoring 8 points along with 5 rebounds and 3 steals.
Booker T. Washington pushed their record up to 4-0 with that win, which was their third straight on the road. As for Fort Walton Beach, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Booker T. Washington will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against Pine Forest at 7:30 p.m. on December 5th. As for Fort Walton Beach, they will challenge Escambia at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Escambia has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games.
