Football Recap: North Creek Comes Up Short + How To Watch

North Creek extended their losing streak to three on Friday, dropping them down to 1-7. They were beaten by the Issaquah Eagles 55-27. The Jaguars were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Eagles apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Despite the loss, North Creek had strong showings from Brandon Curci, who picked up 202 receiving yards and three scores, and Ishaan Sharma, who threw for 366 yards and four TDs. Carson Heer also deserves some recognition as he hauled in his first receiving touchdown of the season.

As for Issaquah, the victory got them back to even at 4-4. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won three games by 27 points or more so far this season.

Angelo Masciocchi produced another solid performance rushing for 345 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 11.9 yards per carry. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 152.2 rushing yards per game. Austin Schildt was another key player, rushing for 87 yards and a pair of scores.

Looking ahead, North Creek will take on Woodinville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Jaguars will be up against the Falcons' rather soft defense (which has allowed 31.86 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Issaquah, they will be playing at home against Juanita at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Eagles will be up against the Ravens' rather soft defense (which has allowed 28.13 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
