Football Recap: Cabot Comes Up Short

After soaring to 42 points the game before, Cabot was a bit more limited in their game on Friday. They had to suffer through a 49-3 loss at the hands of the Bryant Hornets. The contest marked the Panthers' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Cabot's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Bryant, their victory bumped their record up to 8-0.

Looking ahead, Cabot will challenge Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Panthers are facing the Tigers at the right time seeing as the Tigers are stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Bryant, they will face off against North Little Rock at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Hornets will need to watch out since the Charging Wildcats have now posted at least 31 points in their last three games.
