Chanute put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Frontenac Raiders. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in September.

Chanute easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-18.

Despite the defeat, Frontenac saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Laynee Shay had 12 digs and one assist.

Chanute's win bumped their record up to 24-0. As for Frontenac, their loss ended a four-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 14-9-1.

Chanute didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Jayhawk Linn on the 4th. As for Frontenac, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against McPherson on the 4th.
