Volleyball Game Preview: Fontana Steelers vs. Summit SkyHawks

Fontana is on a seven-game streak of home wins, while Summit is on a five-game streak of away wins: one of those streaks is about to end. The Steelers will host the SkyHawks at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

On Monday, Fontana made easy work of Bloomington and carried off a 3-0 victory. The Steelers haven't had any issues with the Bruins recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-11, 25-18.

Meanwhile, Summit got the win against Rialto on Monday by a conclusive 3-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-20, 25-14.

Fontana's victory bumped their record up to 26-6. As for Summit, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 14 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season.
