Volleyball Game Preview: Osceola Bulldogs vs. High Plains Storm

The Osceola Bulldogs will venture away from home to face off against the High Plains Storm at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

Osceola saw some tournament action on Monday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Cross County. The Bulldogs haven't had much luck with the Cougars recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Meanwhile, High Plains didn't have quite enough to beat Shelby-Rising City on Saturday and fell 2-1.

High Plains' defeat dropped their record down to 14-12. As for Osceola, their loss dropped their record down to 20-8.

Osceola couldn't quite get it done against High Plains when the teams last played back in October of 2024 as they fell 3-1. Can the Bulldogs avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
