Volleyball Recap: Denver East Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Denver East, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out the Fountain-Fort Carson Trojans 3-2.

Denver East got the W, but it wasn't easy, at least in the fourth set. The match finished with set scores of 16-25, 25-15, 26-24, 29-31, 15-13.

Denver East's win bumped their record up to 10-12. As for Fountain-Fort Carson, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-8.

Denver East didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-2 loss against Vista PEAK Prep on the 28th. As for Fountain-Fort Carson, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Pine Creek on the 28th.
