Woodmont won the last time they faced Eastside and things went their way on Monday too. The Woodmont Wildcats walked away with a 71-62 victory over the Eastside Eagles. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wildcats.

Eastside lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Brandon Ray, who went 8 of 17 en route to 20 points and three steals. The match was Ray's third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Thomas Rouse, who went 6 for 9 on his way to 18 points and five boards.

Woodmont's win bumped their record up to 10-4. As for Eastside, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-11.

Woodmont didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 66-49 loss against Easley on the 14th. Eastside has also already played their next game, an 81-57 victory against Wade Hampton on the 14th.
