Volleyball Recap: West Broward Find Success

West Broward posted their closest victory since April 17, 2024 on Saturday. They skirted past the Monsignor Pace Spartans 2-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bobcats.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day West Broward got the one that really mattered. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 20-25, 15-9.

Despite the defeat, Monsignor Pace saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Lucas Neptune had 19 digs and two aces.

West Broward now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Monsignor Pace, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Coming up, West Broward will take on South Broward at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Monsignor Pace, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 loss against Hialeah on the 8th.
