Elliott Acree, Mt. Carmel's leading rusher, solidified his role on Friday. Acree did his part (and then some), rushing for 117 yards and one score on only 14 carries for the 'W'. He is becoming a predictor of Mt. Carmel's success: when he posts at least 80 rushing yards the team is 3-1 (and 1-3 when he doesn't).

Looking ahead, Acree and Mt. Carmel will be playing at home against Lawrenceville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
