Soccer Game Preview: North Crowley vs. Mansfield

North Crowley is 0-6 against Mansfield since February of 2017 but things could change on Tuesday. The Panthers will head out on the road to face off against the Tigers at 7:00 p.m. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

North Crowley was handed a five-goal loss in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Friday. They had just enough and edged out Boswell 1-0. The win was a breath of fresh air for North Crowley as it put an end to their three-match losing streak.

Meanwhile, neither Mansfield nor Mansfield Legacy could gain the upper hand on Tuesday so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

North Crowley's victory was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 8-4-1. Mansfield's draw makes their record 4-7-2 this season.

North Crowley suffered a grim 4-0 defeat to Mansfield in their previous matchup back in March of 2025. Can the Panthers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
