Basketball Recap: Indian Lake's Losing Streak Snapped at Three Games

Indian Lake came into Saturday's match having lost three straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They came out on top against the Shawnee Braves by a score of 56-47 on Saturday. The Lakers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Braves, too.

The victory got Indian Lake back to even at 6-6. As for Shawnee, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-7.

Indian Lake and Shawnee could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Ohio Rankings. Indian Lake will face off against London at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday down 246 places (444 vs. 198). Indian Lake is out to stop a three-game streak of losses at home. Similarly, Shawnee (ranked 465th) will meet Jonathan Alder (ranked 100th) at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
