Riverton put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past the Cyprus Pirates 13-3. The Silverwolves have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Pirates, too.

Riverton got a great performance from Kaelyn Flynn as she pitched five innings while giving up three earned runs off six hits.

At the plate, Grace Leary and Brooke Tacke did most of the damage at the plate: Leary scored three runs while going 3-for-4, while Tacke went 2-for-3 with one home run and one double. Camryn O'Farrell was another key player, scoring two runs while going 1-for-4.

Riverton kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 13 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least ten hits in five consecutive contests dating back to last season.

Riverton's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Cyprus, they moved to 3-1 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Coming up, Riverton will be taking part in a tournament against West Jordan at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Cyprus, they will take on Davis at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
