Football Game Preview: Legend Titans vs. Douglas County Huskies + How To Watch

Legend is a perfect 8-0 against Douglas County since October of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Titans are taking a road trip to take on the Huskies at 6:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Legend has four straight victories, Douglas County has three straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

Legend is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Colorado's top teams: Fountain-Fort Carson, who was ranked 16th at the time (Legend was ranked fifth). The Titans blew past the Trojans 56-13 on Thursday. The result was nothing new for the Titans, who have now won six matchups by 27 points or more so far this season.

Dj Bordeaux continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, throwing for 229 yards and three touchdowns, while also rushing for 76 yards and a pair of scores on only seven carries. Ryken Banks was in the mix too, providing Legend with two TDs.

Meanwhile, Douglas County's game on Friday was all tied up 24-24 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They lost 52-31 to Regis Jesuit.

Legend will have to contain Asher Schembri as he made an impact in Douglas County's last game. He picked up 210 receiving yards and one touchdown. Schembri's longest reception was for an incredible 75 yards. The team also got some help courtesy of Jaden Adragna, who threw for 409 yards and three TDs.

Douglas County's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Legend, their win bumped their record up to 7-1.

Everything came up roses for Legend against Douglas County in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, as the squad secured a 48-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Titans since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
