Volleyball Game Preview: Cedar Ridge Timberwolves vs. Piggott Mohawks

Cedar Ridge hasn't had much luck against Piggott recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Timberwolves will welcome the Mohawks at 2:00 p.m. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

Cedar Ridge is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Monday. Everything went their way against Palestine-Wheatley as they made off with a 3-0 win.

Meanwhile, Piggott had already won five in a row and they went ahead and made it six on Monday. They put the hurt on the Cougars with a sharp 3-0 victory.

Piggott was especially dominant in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-20, 25-14.

Cedar Ridge's win bumped their record up to 13-7. As for Piggott, their victory bumped their record up to 21-5.
