Volleyball Recap: Notre Dame Find Success

Notre Dame won the last time they faced Cumberland County and things went their way on Saturday too. The Fighting Irish came out on top against the Jets by a score of 2-0.

Notre Dame can attribute much of their success to Callie McCormick, who had 12 digs and four aces. That's the most digs McCormick has posted over her last seven games.

Notre Dame has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-8 record this season. As for Cumberland County, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 16-8.

Notre Dame wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Musselman on the 13th. As for Cumberland County, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Central Magnet on the 13th.
