Pine Lake Prep and Polk County squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Pine Lake Prep had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Wolverines by a score of 1-0. While getting shut out isn't ideal, Pine Lake Prep haven't been shut out since back in September.

Pine Lake Prep's defeat ended a five-match streak of away wins and brought them to 17-4-1. As for Polk County, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 14 of their last 15 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-0-3 record this season.

Pine Lake Prep does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Polk County, they will take on Wallace-Rose Hill at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.
