When it comes to explaining why Grandview lost, don't look at Timothy Arnold III. Despite the final result, he picked up 134 receiving yards and one TD. Arnold III's longest reception was for an incredible 73 yards. Blitz McCarty was another key player, having thrown for 290 yards and onetouchdown.

Cherry Creek's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Brady Vodicka, who threw for 290 yards and four touchdowns. Those 290 passing yards gave Vodicka a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Jayden Fox, who gained 99 total yards and two touchdowns.

Grandview's defeat dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Cherry Creek, the win keeps them at an undefeated 10-0.
