Maywood CES was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 52-38 bruising from the Elizabeth Bulldogs. One positive for the Wolfpack, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Maywood CES's defeat dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Elizabeth, their victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-2.

Maywood CES wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 35-28 loss against Torres on the 27th. As for Elizabeth, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 52-42 defeat against Maywood Academy on the 27th.
