It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Federal Way can now relate to. They were outmatched by the Roosevelt Roughriders on the road and fell 40-0. The Eagles were red-hot offensively headed into the game (they scored no less than 31 points in the four contests prior) but the Roughriders' defense proved too tough.

Dalton Anderson continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Roosevelt, throwing for 229 yards and three touchdowns on only nine passes, while also punching in a touchdown on the ground. Another player making a difference was Nolan Mcwilliams, who picked up 91 receiving yards and a touchdown.

With the loss, Federal Way broke their six-game winning streak and moved their record to 8-3. As for Roosevelt, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-3.
