Baseball Recap: Mendon Unity Comes Up Short

Mendon Unity was the 7-6 winner over Clark County when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Mustangs fell 8-3 to the Indians on Friday.

Mendon Unity's loss dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Clark County, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season.

Mendon Unity wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 12-2 win against Rushville-Industry on the 4th. As for Clark County, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 10-0 victory against Monroe City on the 4th.
