Volleyball Recap: Redmond Mustangs vs. Bellevue Wolverines

Redmond lost against Bellevue back in October of 2019, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Redmond Mustangs lost 3-0 to the Bellevue Wolverines. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

While Redmond was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-17, 25-23.

Bellevue was led to victory by Niah Pham and Haiden Adam. Pham had six digs and 15 assists, while Adam had four digs and three aces. Pham is crushing it when it comes to assists: she's posted at least 13 every time she's taken the court this season.

Redmond now has a losing record at 5-6. As for Bellevue, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-4.

Redmond will stay at home for another game and welcome Woodinville at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Bellevue, they will take on Lake Washington at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Bellevue is facing Lake Washington at the right time seeing as Lake Washington is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
