Landen Mire Game Report: vs Springfield

East Ascension came out on top against Springfield on Friday thanks in part to Landen Mire's efforts. Mire scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-3. The performance marked the most runs he has had since back in February of 2024. He also put up a double, which washis first of the season.

Coming up, Mire and East Ascension will square off against St. Martin's Episcopal at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. St. Martin's Episcopal will enter the matchup having just beaten Bonnabel, so East Ascension will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
