Volleyball Recap: Merrillville Pirates vs. La Porte Slicers
Merrillville lost against La Porte back in September, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Merrillville Pirates lost 3-0 to the La Porte Slicers.

Merrillville's loss was their sixth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 12-13. As for La Porte, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 16-12.
Merrillville and Hammond Bishop Noll are set to duel on Monday. Hammond Bishop Noll will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Merrillville surely won't give up without a fight. As for La Porte, they will welcome Valparaiso at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. La Porte is facing Valparaiso at the right time seeing as Valparaiso is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
