Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Dayton walked away with it. They blew past the Sisters Outlaws 3-0 on Friday. Winning may never get old, but the Pirates sure are getting used to it with their sixth in a row.

Dayton never let Sisters on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-22, 25-21.

Dayton's victory bumped their record up to 21-4. As for Sisters, their defeat ended a three-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 20-5.

Looking ahead, Dayton will face off against Valley Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Sisters, they will take on Catlin Gabel at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.
