Football Recap: Wilton Comes Up Short + How To Watch

If Wilton was feeling good fresh off their 20-0 takedown of Durant last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Beavers and the Mid-Prairie Golden Hawks were almost perfectly matched up on Friday, but the Beavers suffered a 21-20 loss. The Beavers gained 77 more yards on the day, but it was the Golden Hawks that made the best use of them.

Wilton didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Oliver Grings and Quincy Sawvell.

Wilton's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Mid-Prairie, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.
