Lee's Summit West had already won seven in a row and they went ahead and made it eight on Saturday. They came out on top against the Blue Valley North Mustangs by a score of 2-0. That's more bragging rights for the Titans, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Lee's Summit West not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Blue Valley North between 16 and 17 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-17.

Tori Massengill paced Lee's Summit West's offense, picking up nine kills. Massengill got some help from Jaelyn Jordan and her 19 assists.
