Baseball Recap: Bishop Shanahan's Luck Changes for the Better on Wednesday

Bishop Shanahan had to endure a seven-game losing streak dating back to last season, but that streak is no more. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the East Vikings a 10-0 shutout on Wednesday. The high-scoring effort was just what the Eagles needed considering they were shut out in their previous game.

Griff Ceribelli tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run while striking out ten over 6.2 innings pitched.

On the hitting side, Brett Barber was incredible, going 3-for-4 with four RBI, one stolen base, and one run. Those four RBI gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Michael Cleary, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.
