Volleyball Recap: Lakeland Comes Up Short + How To Watch

After flying high against Norcom on Monday, Lakeland came back down to earth. The Cavaliers came up short against the Western Branch Bruins on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The Cavaliers haven't had much luck with the Bruins recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

The final score came out to 25-18, 25-16, 25-21.

Lakeland's loss dropped their record down to 4-17. As for Western Branch, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 15-3.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Lakeland will take on rival Deep Creek at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Western Branch is set to face off against their familiar foe Hickory at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
