Baseball Recap: Connellsville Falcons vs. Trinity Hillers
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Upper St. Clair, Connellsville was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Trinity Hillers a 4-0 shutout. This was a revenge contest for Connellsville, as the team was forced to settle for a 5-2 defeat when these two played last Wednesday.
Not much got past Logan Lowery, who gave up just six hits to keep Trinity off the board.
On the hitting side, Kace Shearer was excellent, scoring a run while going 3-for-3.
