Volleyball Game Preview: Zane Trace Pioneers vs. North Adams Green Devils

Zane Trace is a perfect 3-0 against North Adams since October of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. After both having extra time off, the two teams will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 7:45 p.m. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Zane Trace comes in on four and North Adams on six.

Zane Trace saw some tournament action on Wednesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Portsmouth.

Reise Grant had a dynamite game, getting 23 digs and four aces. That's the most digs she has posted since back in September.

Meanwhile, North Adams got the win against Meigs on Wednesday by a conclusive 3-0.

North Adams not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Meigs to exactly 18 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-18, 25-18.

Zane Trace's win bumped their record up to 18-5. As for North Adams, their victory bumped their record up to 17-6.

Here's a few offensive stats to keep an eye on ahead of Tuesday's contest: Zane Trace has really dialed in their serving this season, having averaged 8 aces per game. However, it's not like North Adams struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 9 aces. Given these competing strengths, it'll be interesting to see how their clash plays out.
