Preview: Toledo vs. Napavine
Toledo will go up against Napavine in continuing playoff action on Saturday. These two teams have allowed few points on average (Toledo 18, Napavine 13.4), so any points scored will be well earned.
Toledo earned some more postseason success in their game last week. They took down Colfax 32-12. The score was all tied up at the break 6-6, but the Indians were the better team in the second half.
Meanwhile, Napavine simply couldn't be stopped, as they easily beat Mabton 51-14. The team accrued the bulk of their points in the first half (44) and coasted on those for the victory.
Toledo found themselves the reluctant recipients of an unpleasant 41-7 punch to the gut against Napavine the last time the two teams met in September. Can the Indians avenge their loss, or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll soon find out.
