Silas hadn't done well against River Ridge recently (they were 0-4 in their previous four matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Monday. The Rams blew past the Hawks 16-10. Considering the Rams have won seven games by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.5 runs over those games. As for River Ridge, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-11 record this season.
