Volleyball Recap: Laredo LBJ Comes Up Short

Laredo LBJ lost against Medina Valley back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Wolves lost 3-0 to the Panthers.

While Laredo LBJ ultimately came up short, they really made Medina Valley work, particularly in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 26-24, 25-21, 25-22.

Medina Valley can attribute much of their success to Addison F Friesenhahn, who had 14 digs.

Laredo LBJ's loss dropped their record down to 24-11. As for Medina Valley, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 19-17.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Laredo LBJ is set to face off against their familiar foe Eagle Pass at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Medina Valley will square off against rival Alexander at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday.
