Basketball Recap: Roff Takes a Loss

Roff was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Allen Mustangs, falling 66-42. If the Tigers were looking for revenge after losing 65-31 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Roff's defeat dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Allen, their win was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Roff will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Amber-Pocasset at 8:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025. As for Allen, they will head out to square off against Stratford at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Stratford is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 50.4 points per game this season.
