Volleyball Recap: Carlisle County Takes a Loss

If Carlisle County was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Fulton City on Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Comets fell just short of the Hickman County Falcons by a score of 3-2 on Tuesday. The Comets were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Falcons earlier this season, when they won 3-0.

Carlisle County's loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 9-1 and their overall record down to 16-12. As for Hickman County, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-12.

As of now, neither Carlisle County nor the Falcons have any future games scheduled.
