Football Recap: Highland Regional Tartans vs. Pennsauken Indians
Highland Regional was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They lost 25-0 to the Pennsauken Indians. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Tartans of the 35-7 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2021.
Randall Blount went supernova for Pennsauken, rushing for 145 yards and two touchdowns on only 14 carries. Blount really tore up the turf during one magnificent 80-yard run.
Highland Regional's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Pennsauken, the win also got them back to even at 1-1.

Highland Regional is facing Clearview at the right time seeing as Clearview is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Pennsauken, they will face off against Vineland at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
