Basketball Recap: Rockport-Fulton Takes a Loss

Rockport-Fulton and Brazosport squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Rockport-Fulton had to settle for second. They took a 77-58 bruising from the Brazosport Exporters. The Pirates have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Rockport-Fulton's loss dropped their record down to 11-13. As for Brazosport, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten contests, which provided a massive bump to their 18-12 record this season.

Rockport-Fulton does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Brazosport, they will challenge La Feria on Thursday. Brazosport knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past five games -- so hopefully La Feria likes a good challenge.
